  • If you ask for property or building help, or contact a seller, agent, agency, developer, builder, or listing representative, Ricazza may send the request and submitted contact details to a participating verified professional selected to help. Contact details for matched requests are released after that professional accepts responsibility for the request.

  • User-facing third-party services may include map providers, payment processors, video embed providers, and communication providers.
  • Ricazza may disclose data to authorities, courts, counterparties, advisors, or acquirers when required by law, needed for rights enforcement, or part of a merger, financing, sale, or restructuring.
  • Primary production application data is hosted in the United States. Data may also be processed in Costa Rica, the European Economic Area, and other countries where Ricazza or its providers operate. Where required, Ricazza uses provider contracts and applicable transfer safeguards and users may request more information from the privacy contact.

User rights

Depending on location and law, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of certain processing, or an explanation of automated processing. Retention and security

Ricazza keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, account and listing operation, requested lead routing, billing and tax duties, consent evidence, dispute handling, fraud prevention, backups, and security. Retention depends on data type, account or listing status, legal duties, unresolved disputes, and provider backup cycles. Ricazza deletes or de-identifies data when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful exceptions. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Children and automated processing

Ricazza is intended for users age 18 and older. Ricazza does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
