Ricazza is built and operated by r5r LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The platform publishes property listings, supports property search, and routes buyer inquiries to the seller or professional responsible for a listing.
A marketplace, not a brokerage
Ricazza is a real estate information and listing marketplace. It is not a real estate broker, buyer agent, seller agent, escrow provider, lender, title company, appraiser, inspector, lawyer, tax advisor, or financial advisor unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Property decisions and transaction advice should come from appropriately qualified professionals retained by the buyer or seller.
What the product is designed to do
