Make a Privacy Request
Ask Ricazza about personal data connected to you. We keep the process practical and ask only for information reasonably needed to find the data and verify the request.
What you can ask for
Depending on applicable law and the data involved, you may ask Ricazza to access, explain, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of personal data, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or stop sharing an open lead request.
How to submit
Email privacy@ricazza.com with the subject “Privacy request.” If possible, write from the email connected to the relevant account, listing, inquiry, or lead. Tell us what you want and which email, phone number, account, listing, or request helps us locate the data. Do not send a password, full payment-card number, or identity document unless Ricazza later explains why a specific document is reasonably necessary.
Verification and authorized representatives
Ricazza may ask for limited additional information when reasonably necessary to confirm identity, locate records, protect another person, or confirm an authorized representative. The verification method depends on the sensitivity of the request and data. Ricazza will not ask for your password.
Response and limits
Ricazza will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. If more time is legally available or a request cannot be completed in full, Ricazza will explain the reason. Limited records may be retained where reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, disputes, or proof that a request was handled.
