One useful purpose per page
Each indexable country, property-type, or market page has one primary search intent. Synonyms that describe the same buyer need belong on the same page; Ricazza does not create separate thin pages merely to repeat keyword variations.
Claims require evidence
- Ricazza does not publish invented rankings, market-leadership claims, review scores, demand figures, or performance measurements.
- Inventory counts and asking-price summaries must be derived from current public data and labeled for what they measure.
- Review dates identify content review, not a guarantee that every external condition remains unchanged.
High-stakes guidance
Legal, tax, title, concession, water, permit, and financial guides stay out of search indexing until their sources, limitations, review date, and qualified reviewer are recorded. Ricazza does not substitute general editorial content for professional advice on a specific property or transaction.
