Ricazza Listing Standards
See the publication, data, image, classification, and correction standards applied to public Ricazza listings.

Minimum publication contract
A listing must be published and visible, have core property and price facts, a canonical Costa Rica location derived from its coordinates where required, at least one usable display image, and an available contact route before it can appear as public inventory.
Public and private data stay separate
- Public projections contain display facts needed for search, listing details, and discovery.
- Private contacts, owner IDs, billing state, raw feed payloads, import credentials, and source-image URLs are not copied into the public listing projection.
- Imported display images must be mirrored to Ricazza-controlled storage before public use.
Classification and SEO inclusion
Residential and land inventory can appear in public SEO collections when classification and location facts support it. Confirmed commercial-only inventory may remain directly accessible and searchable while being excluded from SEO collections and indexing. Mixed-use or ambiguous records remain in manual review until a final decision is supported by listing facts.
