Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests work for paid Ricazza listing subscriptions and seller tools.

Status: Effective
Last updated: August 6, 2026

Payment processor role

Ricazza listing-plan checkout may be processed by Stripe as payment processor. Ricazza or its operating company remains responsible for the paid listing service, cancellation rules, refund review, and any required tax or compliance treatment unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise.

General rule

Paid listing subscriptions are recurring digital services. Unless applicable law or a written Ricazza policy requires otherwise, fees are not guaranteed to be refundable after the paid service begins.

  • Submitting a refund request does not mean the refund is approved.
  • Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
  • Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

How to request a refund

Use the Billing tools in your Ricazza seller account when available or contact [email protected]. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or identity documents by email unless Ricazza specifically requests a secure channel.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Canceling renewal stops the next renewal but normally keeps the paid listing service active through the current paid period. A refund request is separate from cancellation unless the checkout, billing flow, applicable law, or Ricazza decision says otherwise.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded listing plan or paid benefit may end. Ricazza may archive, hide, downgrade, or remove paid listing visibility tied to the refunded transaction.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact [email protected] before starting a bank dispute. Chargebacks or payment reversals may cause the related listing service to be paused, hidden, or reviewed while the issue is handled.
