Verification is specific, not universal

A verified email, person, company, or agency does not mean Ricazza guarantees a property, price, title, permit, return, or transaction outcome. Each verification signal applies only to the scope stated in the interface.

The scopes Ricazza uses

  • Email verification confirms control of the account email through Firebase Authentication.
  • Profile or company review evaluates the submitted public identity and supporting information for that profile.
  • Agency membership controls who may manage agency-scoped listings and inquiries; backend permissions remain authoritative.
  • Listing publication checks required public facts, contact availability, image processing, visibility, and content-policy state.
  • Imported listing source data is normalized into Ricazza fields; source URLs and private feed records are not treated as public display fields.

What buyers still need to verify

Buyers should independently verify ownership, title or concession status, boundaries, zoning, utilities, water, permits, condition, price, professional licensing, and transaction documents before relying on them.
