Report the exact item

Send the listing URL or page URL, the specific statement you believe is inaccurate, and supporting public evidence to [email protected]. Do not email passwords, payment card details, private identity documents, or raw account tokens.

How a correction moves

  • Ricazza identifies the canonical listing or content owner for the disputed field.
  • The current public value is compared with the source, seller, agency, or reproducible calculation that owns it.
  • Confirmed errors are corrected in the canonical source and then propagated to public projections, search, pages, and sitemaps as applicable.
  • A disputed claim may be removed or held from indexing while evidence is incomplete.
